How this site is built to be usable, what we know falls short, and how to tell us when something does. Last updated 1 August 2026.
What we aim for
We build against WCAG 2.2 level AA. In practice that means every page works from the keyboard alone, form fields carry real labels, text meets contrast minimums against its background, and nothing depends on colour alone to be understood.
What we have checked
Every page has been walked with a keyboard and with the browser zoomed to 200%. Form errors are announced next to the field they belong to rather than only in a summary. Images that carry meaning have descriptions; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers instead of being described pointlessly.
Known limitations
Photographs of completed work are described by the trade and the location, not in full visual detail. If a description would help you, ask and we will write a better one.
The site has not yet been tested with every combination of screen reader and browser. Reports of a combination that fails are useful to us and get fixed rather than logged.
Telling us something is wrong
Email hello@marlowpine.com or call (984) 555-0142. Describe the page and what happened; you do not need to know the technical name for it. We aim to reply within two business days and to say plainly whether we can fix it and when.
If the site itself is the barrier, the phone is always an alternative route to everything here — quotes, scheduling and questions.
