What we collect when you contact us, why we keep it, and how to have it removed. Last updated 1 August 2026.
What we collect
When you send the request form we receive your name, phone number, service address, the description you write, the trades you tick and the arrival window you prefer. When you call, we note the same details by hand.
The site itself records nothing else about you. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party embed on any page.
Why we keep it
To quote the work, schedule a technician, and hold a record of what was agreed. A service history is also what lets us honour the labour warranty — without it we cannot tell whether a repair is a return visit.
Who sees it
The dispatcher, the technician assigned to your job, and the office staff who invoice it. We do not sell customer lists, and we do not pass your request to a lead-generation network or to another contractor.
Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers. Financing applications go directly to Wisetack, whose own privacy terms apply to what you submit there.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept for seven years, which is what North Carolina requires for contractor and tax records. Requests that never became a job are deleted after twelve months.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Email hello@marlowpine.com or call the office and we will confirm in writing.
Scheduling texts are transactional and stop when the job closes. We run no marketing list, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from.
